Michael Golburgh, J.D., LL.M.
Michael Golburgh is a highly accomplished business and employment law attorney with over two decades of experience advising and representing clients across Maryland. His legal and business career spans private practice, complex litigation, executive vice president of a Massachusetts corporation, and his current in-house counsel position, all marked by strategic insight, personal dedication, and a results-oriented approach.
Michael began his legal practice in Massachusetts before moving to Maryland and joining the employment law firm of Luchansky Law in 2006, where he developed a strong foundation as an associate attorney. In 2014, he founded the Law Office of Michael Golburgh, establishing a client-focused practice known for excellence. In 2019, Michael was honored to accept the position of General Counsel of a Maryland-based corporation. While serving in this executive capacity, Michael also represents clients in complex, high-stakes business matters that demand seasoned legal judgment and individualized attention.
